Cole’s fitness journey began at 13, when he first learned the fundamentals of proper training. That early foundation led to a lifelong passion for bodybuilding, entrepreneurship, and helping others reach their goals. He has competed in the Toronto Pro SuperShow, Ottawa Championships, and the Fouad Abiad Championships. As a CPTN-Certified Personal Trainer and competitive bodybuilder, Cole blends hands-on experience with professional expertise. Whether someone is looking to build muscle, lose weight, or transform their lifestyle, Cole offers the guidance, structure, and support needed to succeed.

Emily Delaney CSEP-CPT
PERSONAL TRAINER, MARKETING DEPT.
Emily discovered fitness through her own mental health journey. What started as a coping strategy quickly evolved into a deep passion for movement and its impact on both body and mind. Through consistent training, she rebuilt her confidence and pursued personal training to help others find the same strength. Emily combines evidence-based programming with empathy, using her personal experiences to connect with clients on a meaningful level. She’s committed to walking alongside each person she trains—helping them unlock their potential one workout at a time.

Colton Churchill NASM-CPT
PERSONAL TRAINER, NUTRITION DEPT.
Colton grew up struggling with body image and self-confidence. After discovering professional wrestling, he found a new sense of empowerment through physical activity. When the pandemic halted his time in the ring, Colton turned to training in a garage gym with friends, sparking a 35-pound transformation and a new passion for fitness and nutrition. Now studying Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College, Colton brings personal experience and compassion to every session. He understands the challenges of getting started—and he’s here to help others overcome them, just like he did.

Shane Kerslake ISSA-CPT
PERSONAL TRAINING, PROGRAMMING DEPT.
Shane’s fitness journey began in high school with a transformation from overweight to underweight, teaching him the importance of balance and discipline. His struggles with nutrition sparked a deeper interest in health, leading him to study Fitness and Health at Fanshawe College. Over time, he moved from bodybuilding prep into powerlifting, where he developed a passion for proper form, mindset, and strength psychology. Training helped him manage body dysmorphia and build self-confidence. Now, Shane uses his personal experience and education to coach others with empathy, helping clients achieve their strength and fitness goals.

Tim Brown BSc, MSc (PT)
ON SITE PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Tim Brown brings over 15 years of experience in orthopedic and sports physiotherapy. He holds a BSc in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University. Tim has worked with athletes of all levels, including the London Knights, Hockey Canada, and Great Britain’s National Baseball Team. His background includes roles at Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic and Game Day Physiotherapy, where he specialized in shoulder and elbow rehab. Tim is certified in manual therapy, acupuncture, sports physiotherapy, and strength and conditioning, with added expertise in concussion rehabilitation.
